【訂購須知】
1.入住時間下午15:00，退房時間為隔天早上11:00。
2.房型依旅舍安排為主，若有特殊需求，請於訂房時提前告知，以利作業。
3.加人費：雙人房為雙人入住，如超出人數不加床情況，未滿6歲免費，6歲到12歲每人300元(需私訊詢問)，加床每床600元，僅有海洋房型可加床，不接受未告知超出人數入住。
4.平假日定義：平日為週日至週四、假日為週五至週六及國定假期含前夕(依飯店年度公告行事曆為主)。
5.訂房條款：預訂的訂金及取消條款，可能依照不同的專案有所變動，下訂前請詳閱。
另外以下幾點可能需要事前先注意
1.因為旅宿是老房子改造，所以並沒有電梯設施
2.旅宿位置接近山區，所以多少可能有蚊蟲出沒，如非常懼怕可能需要多加考慮再行下訂。
3.本旅宿沒有提供停車空間，可以查看粉專第一篇文章獲取附近的停車資訊喔。
4.CHECKIN 時間為15:00-19:00 如果會超出時間請提前告知喔。
5.僅有一間房間開放寵物入住，訂房前請事先聯絡，酌收300元清潔費 並請遵守以下規定
a.不吠叫 b.不上床 c.不在房間便溺 d.公共空間需牽繩
【標準取消規定】
1.住宿日4天前得退還100%之已付訂金（會扣除100元手續費用）
2.住宿日4天內則訂金將沒收不予退還。
3.入住當日若遇旅舍所在地或旅客出發地，發生不可抗力之天然災害，如地震導致交通中斷或中央氣象局發佈颱風警報而取消訂房，已支付之訂金可保留三個月或扣除作業費後，辦理退款。
【住宿須知】
1.入住時間為下午15:00後，退房時間為隔天早上11:00，延後退房需額外支付延長費用，套房每間每小時500元，超過下午兩點將收取一日費用。
2.依照菸害防制法，本館全面嚴格禁菸，僅有一間房間開放寵物，如有需求請事先聯絡再行訂房。違者可處$2,000元至 $10,000元罰鍰。
3.請妥善保管房間鑰匙，鑰匙若遺失須酌收工本費200元。
4.貴重物品請自行妥善保管，在房間內若有遺失任何物品，本館概不負責。
5.本旅宿提供完整的共享廚房，需自行操作及清洗碗盤，謝謝您的配合！
6.請每位遊客相互尊重住宿空間上的安寧，晚間10:00過後請勿大聲喧囂，以免影響其他旅客之睡眠。
7.為顧及左鄰右舍的安寧，恕不接受烤肉、燃放鞭炮或煙火等活動，不便之處請見諒。
【reservation Notice】
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. If you have any special request, please inform hotel in advance for facilitate the procedure. Please be noted that the request may not be fulfilled upon situation.
Additional guest fee: Additional bed will be charged, additional bed is subject to NT$600 (including additional bed and supplies).
Definition of Holiday: Weekdays are from Sunday to Thursday; weekend days are Friday, Saturday and consecutive holidays which including the eve of the consecutive holidays (Base on the Announced Annual Calendar of the Hostel).
Deposit: the deposit and cancellation policy may change depending on the booking policy of each order, please read carefully.
【Standard Cancellation policy】
The time applied here will be Taiwan Standard Time of GMT+08:00 used in Taiwan.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 100% deposit will be refunded.（100 NTD processing fee will be deducted）
If cancelled or no show 4 day after date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
On the arrival date, if hotel location or guest’s departure is influenced by natural disaster, for example: traffic disruption or Typhoon warning by Central Weather Bureau, resulting necessary cancellation, the prepaid deposit can be reserved for 3 months or can be refund fully after deducting necessary costs.
【Accommodation Notice】
The official check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Check-out delay will be charged NT$500 per hour for suite room . Total one-day fee will be charged after 14:00 check-out.
According to government law, smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel (including inside the rooms) and no pets allowed, excluding trained guide dogs. The will be fined from NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
Please keep the room key carefully. Guest will be charged NT$200 for each card lost.
Please keep valuables by self, if lost anything in room, hotel has no responsibility.
The hotel offers a complete sharing kitchen, which needs to be operated and washed by the owner. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please respects the tranquility of the accommodation space. Do not shout loudly after 10:00 in the evening, so as not to affect the sleep of other passengers.
In order to take into account the peace of the neighbors, you will not accept barbecues, firecrackers or fireworks. Please forgive us for any inconvenience.
