・入住及退房的時間？

入住時間為下午三點到六點半。

請於上午十一點前退房，好讓專業的房務人員有足夠地時間為下一位旅客整理舒適的入住空間。

・我可以在六點後入住嗎？

可以。六點半後、十一點前入住，請訊息我們粉專，我們會告知您當天的大門密碼與入住方式。

・我可以寄放行李嗎？

可以，入住期間可以免費寄放。

・可以幫我代收包裹嗎？

可以，但僅能在下午13:30-18:00收受包裹。

・我可以更改我的訂單嗎？

可以，若需免費的更改或取消訂單，必須提前四天以上與我們聯繫。
距離入住日四天內的更改或取消，將會有費用產生。
取消或更改訂單：請私訊粉專或者寄電子郵件給我們。

・我可以在房間內加床嗎？

可以，海洋房可提供加床，每間房間加床上限不同，還請詳閱房型資訊，新台幣$600元一晚，費用包含一組床鋪及備品。

若需要加床，還請您在訂房時於備註欄備註，或以電子郵件與我們聯繫。

・寵物可以入住嗎嗎？

只有一間二樓的雙人房有開放，

寵物房是海洋海景雙人房，如果要帶寵物的話要麻煩您注意以下幾點：

1.不吠叫 2.不上床 3.不在房間便溺 4.公共空間需牽繩

然後每隻寵物會酌收300元清潔費，上限為兩隻寵物，

如果氣味不佳，旅宿有權當場拒絕旅客入住並且不退款，

如有備品或設備被破壞會需要賠償，

也請對自己與寵物有足夠自信的再行私訊訂房喔。

・Check in and check out time?

Check-in time is 3 pm.

Please check out before 11 am, so that the professional room staff will have enough time to arrange a comfortable space for the next passenger.

・can I check-in after 6 o'clock?

Yes. 

Check-in after 6 pm and before 11 pm, please send our fan page a message, we will inform you of the day's door password and check-in method.

・can I put my luggage?

Yes, it can be placed free of charge during your stay.

・can you receive the parcel for me?

No, there is no on-site personnel to receive the parcels.

・can I change my order?

Yes, if you need to change or cancel your order for free, you must contact us more than four days in advance.

Any changes or cancellations made within 4 days of the check-in date will be charged.

・can I have an extra bed in the room?

Yes, extra beds can only be provided to the room “Ocean”. The extra bed limit is different for each room. Please also read the room type information for NT$600 for one night. The fee includes one set of beds.
